Bulk milk jugs, syrup bottles, kegs — things that don't sell individually but still walk out the door. Don't estimate. When the container's empty, scan the barcode on your way to the recycling bin. Kinventory deducts it from inventory right then. That's shrinkage, accounted for at the source.
