By creating an account or installing Kinventory from the Square App Marketplace, you agree to these Terms. If you're agreeing on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
Kinventory is an inventory-management software-as-a-service for businesses that use Square POS. Features and limitations are described at inventory.kin.cafe and may change over time; we'll never reduce functionality of a paid plan without 30 days' notice.
Keep your credentials safe. You're responsible for activity under your account, including invited team members.
Roles and permissions limit what each user can do; you decide who gets which role.
Plans are priced per location, per month, as published on Pricing. Billing is handled through Square; your billing relationship is with Square, and our portion appears as a line item.
30-day free trial: every new location gets one. No card required up front. After the trial, billing begins on day 31. Cancel before then and you owe nothing.
Refunds: we'll refund the current month if you're materially dissatisfied — just email us.
Don't use the Service to break the law, infringe others' rights, transmit malware, or interfere with other shops' use of the Service. Don't try to access the Service's underlying code or other tenants' data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with notice when feasible.
You own all data you submit ("Customer Data"). You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely to provide the Service.
We will not sell, rent, or use Customer Data for advertising, ever.
You can cancel any time in-app or by emailing hello@kin.cafe. Upon cancellation, billing stops at the end of the current month and your data remains exportable for 90 days.
We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms, give 30 days' notice for discretionary terminations, and refund prepaid unused fees.
The Service is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, United States. Disputes go to the state and federal courts of Graham County, NC.
